We have a full casting processing line specialising in tooling in house. Our casting line can cast products from 5 grams to 120KG with various materials such as AISI Stainless steel, duplex steel, low carbon steel, alloy steel and more.
Our own CNC machine equipment can precisely machine products and our polishing line can meet your specific surface requirements with hand Polish satin or mirror finishes.
Our professional and experienced team provide qualified castings to meet all our clients' exact specifications. We control every step strictly and meticulously.
We manufacture pumps, valves parts, tanks, impellers and railway accessories, Marine fittings, construction hardware and medical equipment accessories.
All of our melts for castings are analysed in our spectrometer to ensure they conform to our customer's specific requirements. We issue chemical certification for every order. We also have an in-house heat treatment and casting testing facility. We operate an internal quality inspection system to ensure every casting job meets our customers' requirements from product quality to delivery.
